Description

Governs, manages, and delivers health services to the people and communities in Vancouver, Richmond, and the North Shore; Squamish, Whistler, and Pemberton along the Sea-to-Sky Highway; Gibsons and Sechelt on the Sunshine Coast; and Powell River. Also serves patients referred from other parts of British Columbia who require highly specialized health services. Health services provided range from the first point of contact with health care professionals and hospital care to community-based residential, home health, mental health, addictions, and public health services.
