Provides assessment, case planning and individualized support for youth with significant psychiatric and behavioural difficulties who need help with managing school, work, health, peer relationships, and family life. The program is offered to youth who are living onsite and to some who live in the Greater Vancouver area who can visit the campus for meetings or tasks.

Application Process: All youth admitted to Maples' programs must be referred by regional Child and Youth Mental Health offices. This includes youth who may be in a hospital at the time of referral.
