Description
Provides home oxygen assessments and funding for eligible residents who need supplemental oxygen in their homes. Oxygen equipment is provided to patients by a Vancouver Coastal Health approved oxygen supplier, with periodic assessments provided by a respiratory therapist.

The program helps clients with health conditions such as asthma, emphysema, chronic bronchitis, lung disease, cancer, cystic fibrosis and congestive heart failure.

Application Process:	Requests for home oxygen service are made by a physician on behalf of the client. See website for referral form.

Program Fees:	Funding approved based on eligibility criteria; call for more information.
