Offers a certified exercise, education and falls prevention program for individuals with osteoporosis, low bone density, mobility difficulties, or who are at risk of fractures and falls.

The goals of Osteofit are to reduce risk of falls and fractures, improve ability of day-today activities, and increase confidence, independence and quality of life.

Program Delivery
Eligibility: Physician referral not required, but medical clearance from a doctor or nurse practitioner may be needed if the individual is aged 65 and over, or has specific medical problems. Medical clearance will be determined by the Osteofit instructor at the first class.
