Offers subsidized assisted living services to people who are still relatively independent but need a little extra help. Clients are provided with a private, lockable apartment or suite; buildings have common dining and socializing spaces.

Services include meals, weekly housekeeping and laundry, recreational activities, 24-hour emergency response system, and personal care services such as bathing, grooming and medication management.

Eligibility: Seniors and people living with physical disabilities who are eligible to receive home and community care services, and are able to direct their own care and make decisions. See website for detailed eligibility and fee information.
