Treats urgent non-life threatening illnesses or injuries that need immediate same-day care due to injury or illness. There is no overnight admittance; transfer to a larger centre will be arranged if needed.

Medical conditions include asthma, infections, allergic reactions, broken bones, cuts and wounds, nose bleed, objects in eyes, and minor illness and injury in children.

Eligibility: Patients who require medical attention within 12 - 24 hours but are not emergent.
Languages: English
Application Process: Call to book an appointment; no walk-in. For life-threatening illnesses or injuries, call 9-1-1 or go the emergency department to be assessed and treated immediately.
