Offers counselling and support to help improve and maintain the well-being of older adults and caregivers in the community. Experienced counsellors are available for those struggling and needing support.

Trained volunteers offer care and support for caregivers or seniors with a life-limiting or chronic illness through in-home visits or walking companionship.
