Provides low-barrier and same-day assessment and treatment to people with substance use disorders including use of drugs, alcohol and nicotine. Services include access to opioid agonist therapy and other addiction medicines for those without a prescriber or who need bridge prescriptions. The clinic accepts drop-in clients or referrals from service providers and community partners from the Vancouver area and elsewhere.

Referrals to other community-based health services includes primary care, residential treatment and bed-based recovery programs, mental health supports and harm reduction supplies, and local outreach.
