A community-based group of family physicians in the New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Moody, and Port Coquitlam area working together towards common health care goals. Registration for residents looking for a family doctor or primary health care provider in their community is available.

The division works in partnership with the Fraser Health Authority, General Practice Services Committee and the Ministry of Health to undertake various initiatives and projects to address specific areas of primary care, administration, and physician support.
