A community-based group of family physicians on the North Shore working together towards common health care goals. Registration for residents looking for a family doctor or primary health care provider in their community is available.

The division works in partnership with Vancouver Coastal Health, the General Practice Services Committee and the Ministry of Health to undertake various initiatives and projects to address specific areas of primary care, administration, and physician support.

Eligibility:	Individuals looking for a family doctor must be a resident of North Vancouver, West Vancouver, or Bowen Island, and not already be attached to a family doctor in the community.
