A community-based group of family physicians in Cowichan Valley working together towards common health care goals. The division provides assistance to residents looking for a family doctor or primary health care provider in their community.

The division works in partnership with Island Health, the General Practice Services Committee and the Ministry of Health to undertake various initiatives and projects to address specific areas of primary care, administration, and physician support.
