A community-based group of family physicians working together towards common health care goals in the Saanich Peninsula communities of Central Saanich, Sidney and North Saanich, and the West Shore communities of Colwood, Langford, Metchosin, and Sooke.

The division works in partnership with Island Health, the General Practice Services Committee and the Ministry of Health to undertake various initiatives and projects to address specific areas of primary care, administration, and physician support.
