Description
Offers a three-month physical activity program to help older adults become and stay active. Participants meet once a week in a relaxed environment with planned physical activities such as stretching, activity, and cool-down.
Two class options are available and include focusing on improving activities with daily living, strengthening muscles used day-to-day, or a focus on exercises that will enable each participant to become more involved with other physical activity programs or sports.
