Offers free phone and email access to registered dietitians who provide a range of food and nutrition services, including individualized nutrition care, education and counselling for health promotion and chronic disease management.
Dietitian Services is also available to answer general food, diet and nutrition-related questions and provide help finding other nutrition services across the province. Callers may contact Dietitian Services for conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, cancer, food allergies and gastrointestinal diseases, and infant and child feeding and growth concerns.
