Eligibility:
|
Individuals aged 14 and over dually diagnosed with a developmental disability, psychiatric and or behaviour issue, and eligible for Community Living BC (CLBC) services; a Personal Support Plan (PSP) must be in place; must be medically stable at the time of admission.

Application Process:
|
Individuals are admitted voluntarily or involuntarily under the Mental Health Act. Referral and involvement by a CLBC analyst, facilitator or a MCFD worker required; and the individual’s support network must be in agreement about the referral. Call or email for a referral package.
